Create workspace

Start with only what Steward needs to open the door.

We verify one owner email, prepare the workspace, and then ask the owner to confirm their first person record after the first login. Employee numbers, phone numbers, grades and payroll details can wait until the module that needs them explains why.

Owner name and email identify the first login and the person who can finish setup.
The employee number can stay as a temporary value until the organisation is ready to use its own number.
Phone, grade, bank and statutory details are intentionally not collected at signup.

Workspace request

Use the owner email you want to sign in with. This becomes the unique login identifier for the first user.

Choose the modules you need now. Access roles are created from this plan and can be expanded later.

This creates a workspace path such as https://erp.steward-business.com/acme-trading. Leave it blank and Steward will generate one from the company name.

Use lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens only. Names like www, login and api are reserved.

We are not asking for phone, KRA PIN, grade or payroll details here. The first owner can add organisation-specific employee details later, after the workspace is ready.
Email verification comes first, then password setup.
